“Good Christians”

If you’re a good Christian you don’t have to tell the world.  In fact you don’t have to tell any one.  That’s something between you and your God.

In fact I’ve learned along the way that the best Christian, or the best in any religion, are the ones who don’t have to announce it to the world, (ie Facebook, Twitter, etc…)

The worst kind of Christian’s are the ones who have to announce that they are “good Christian” people…these people always turn out to be hypocrites. I’ve known many people who always talk about themselves going to church, bragging about what a good Christian they are, yet they are some of the most awful people I have ever met.  They don’t follow the Bible or what it stands for.  They play the part at church and then turn around and become judgmental assholes.

It’s like the guy who tells you about all of his conquests who hasn’t really had any conquests at all.  If you have to brag about it, it probably is the opposite of what you are saying.

I’m not downing all Christians.  Not at all.  I’m not saying all Christians that do this are judgmental fools. I’m just saying that the one’s I’ve met along the way who have to boast about how religious they are usually aren’t…Just my opinion.
