Christian Persecution and Black Lives Matter

  • black JesusIf you stand up for your beliefs as a Christian you will be persecuted in today’s day and age

…oh wait that’s actually been going on since the beginning of religion…You would think that as a society that demands that we all get along that this wouldn’t be happening any more, but it is and it’s f**king sad.

I don’t classify myself with any religion. I believe there is a God and I also believe in faith and Karma.  I grew up in a Christian home and many of my friends and other family members classify themselves Christians.

It seems that the Christian faith is under attack in this country and that if you don’t roll with the PC progressive point of view on anything as a Christian than you will be attacked and ridiculed.

I don’t get it.  If someone doesn’t believe in gay marriage I don’t attack them or tell them they are wrong, I merely respect their beliefs and move on.  It’s actually really easy, but some people just can’t stop themselves and so they judge and scream and yell “You must believe what I believe damn it”, “I’m right, you’re wrong”, etc….and if you are a white conservative in America and you don’t agree with the “norm” than you are then classified as a redneck racist.

Case in point; lady doesn’t want to hand out marriage licences to the gays.  It’s her job and is told to do it.  She still says no.  She has that right.  I personally think she shouldn’t be doing that job if she can’t do it the way she is supposed to. So either move her to a different position or fire her, but don’t put her in jail for standing up for her beliefs.  That’s way over the top in my opinion and if you think because someone should be put in jail for standing up for their beliefs then you are part of the problem.

I think people should put the shoe on the other foot.  If you own a bakery and someone comes in and wants you to bake a cake for something that you don’t agree with then you have every right to refuse service.  YOU are the owner and as the customer who was refused, merely move on to the next bakery. Don’t throw a tantrum and destroy someone’s life because their beliefs don’t comply with yours.  What the fuck is wrong with people?

It’s frustrating how some people think that all Christians are alike.  They all ‘hate the gays’, are ‘racist’, etc…this just simply isn’t true.  A true Christian is one who loves everyone regardless and does not judge, but because there are some bad apples out there and the liberal media and the PC progressives tell us that all Christians are crazy kooks the rest of the good ones get a bad wrap.  It’s sad, but Christianity is on the chopping block, but it was inevitable as if you believe in the book of Revelation the Christians and the Jews will be persecuted.  Ho hum…

  • #BlackLivesMatter

Well of course they do.  All lives matter.

I get where the blacks are coming from though.  It’s tough to be a black person in the world.  Not just America, but EVERYWHERE including Africa.  The darker the skin, the harder it is.  But in order to change things in the black community here in America there has to be change, and there doesn’t seem to be any.  The ghetto’s are still struggling, blaming the white man for their problems, never taking responsibility for where they are still, but still blaming everyone else for their problems.  Nothing will ever change if you never take responsibility as a human.

Here’s the problem I have with #BlackLivesMatter.  This hashtag and movement started when a thug was shot and killed by a white cop, and then here comes Al Sharpton and starts to rile up the black community making this incident one of race instead of what it really is.  Then another black thug gets killed by a white cop, and now it’s a fucking conspiracy that all white cops are out hunting for some black person to kill, just cause they’re black.  Give me a fucking break!  This kid everyone was rallying behind was a thug.  He was a street thug, and so were the others.  People like Al Sharpton hold the black people back because his word promotes violence and racial tension between the whites and the blacks.  Instead of working for you he’s working against you.  Why on earth would anyone put thugs on a pedestal and not the innocents who are killed in your black neighborhoods?  Do you see the problem here?  If ‘black lives’ really mattered you’d be doing something within your own communities to get rid of the black on black crime, but you’re not.  You’re taking the action of a few police, and a bunch of thugs, add in some shit talkers like Al Sharpton and the mainstream media and you’re turning this into something that has now backfired and has become an all out race war and has honestly made black people look bad to the majority of the American society because of it and what it has become.

In order to change and make a better life for yourselves and to show the world that yes ‘black lives do matter’, then start from within yourself and your community.  Show the world that you are worth it.  Don’t riot and tear down your communities.  Instead do things to make them better.  This shit about the ‘white man holding you back’ is bullshit.  The thought of that has made you your own victim and you sound ridiculous.  Slavery is over so quit being one.

So those are my thoughts.  Agree or not, I still have the right to have them, write them, and share them.  I’m sure I’ll be called lots of things by the progressives, but I don’t care.  Seriously, I don’t give a flying fuck what you think.  There is only one person I have to answer to at the end of the day and that’s myself, and I like me.

Until next time…

  1. The lady who wouldn’t give marriage certificates to the gay couples is an elected official and can’t be fired. She should have gone to whoever and tell them she can’t do this and to appoint someone else in her office to do it. She went to jail because she defied a court order by The United States Supreme Court. She broke the law. I can feel sorry for her because of her convictions, but get someone else to do that part of her job. Also those gay couples had a choice to go to somewhere else to get what they needed. I just love reading your blog. You are SO right on!! Love you!
